Refunds
Products on this site are digital files, sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. That means you buy from Lemon Squeezy, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.
What those terms say
- Refunds are decided by Lemon Squeezy, case by case, and may be refused, for example where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
- For digital content that is available straight away, you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once the download has begun.
- If a technical problem stops the file reaching you, or delays it unreasonably, the remedy is a replacement or a refund, as Lemon Squeezy decides.
- Please contact Lemon Squeezy before raising a chargeback with your bank.
- If you were charged sales tax and are registered for it in your country, you can ask Lemon Squeezy for a tax refund within 60 days of the purchase.
If something is wrong
If a file doesn’t arrive or doesn’t open, write to hello@ahmedsari.com with your order number and I’ll help sort it out with Lemon Squeezy.
Free resources
Free resources cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask to be removed from the newsletter at any time.
